Ronald F. Way is Managing Director of The Fionda Group in Santa Barbara, California, formed in 1996 and listed in Inc. Magazine's "Inc. 500" list in 2004. A graduate of the University of Southern California's School of Architecture, he had previously formed a variety of successful business ventures from an architectural firm, a real estate development firm, and a construction firm, to a religion radio talk show — honored at the New York Festival of Arts as best-of-type, and a software company that was honored by Inc. Magazine more than a decade ago.
